If it is manned, there’s a good chance the “man” is working for himself and not the parking lot company.Though St. If you park in this lot or just about any parking lot downtown, pay the box as they are typically not manned. Be warned this lot is not manned and definitely not free. There is a parking lot just north of the parking garage across from Frank’s Pizza. After 30 minutes the rate does increase to $10 and goes up from there after 2 hours. Instead of the minimum $10 or more, they are charging just $5 for the first 30 minutes. They have made a 30 minute rate available for our dine-in and pick-up customers. There is a parking garage across the street in front of Frank’s Pizza. Many times you can find available street parking within a block or two on Travis, Prairie, or Preston. Street parking is free after 6pm on weekdays, prior to 6pm you must pay the nearby parking meter. If you are able to obtain one of these spaces… play the lotto because an abundance of luck is with you. These spaces require you to pay the parking meter across the street or around the corner. There are 3 parking spaces directly in front of Frank’s Pizza.
